Hey David,

Let me be the first to welcome you here. Mind me asking if you have any detailing background? I notice you have a few products in that cabinet of yours (plenty of room for more!)

Great garage repaint, that color is really cool, some checkered flooring would really set it off!

Detailing background-no
I have been reading a lot on here and I want to get more into detailing. I just detail my own car and my wife`s car so far. I run my own business (martial arts school-6 days a week) but I am thinking of doing a few details on the side-I really enjoy it and I want to get better at it. I have a rotary but have not used it much at all. I have researched a ton about using one.
Probably wont be painting/coating the garage floor anytime soon, but I agree it would look good.

You will definitely now know if you accidentally pull into the wrong garage... Seriously, I think you did a great job giving the garage an entirely fresh new look.....:bigups

Garage looks great! What style of Martial Arts do you teach?

I teach Taekwondo. I have a full time academy with about 160 students. I aslo have trained a little in Jiu jitsu. We teach classes 6 days a week and I love it!

If you want an affordable floor restore, most Home Depots carry Bear concrete stain..covers just like paint but made just for concrete. usually $20-$25 per gallon. 2 gallons should do it. may not stick to those oil spots unless you pressure wash very well. Just a thought for you. Black would hide well even if some spot didnt stick too well.
Decorative concrete pro here.

hmmm. how many coats would you recomend?

That gives me a good reason to get a electric pressure washer (been wanting one plus a foam cannon)

Two coats would give optimum coverage.
The first coat will probably take two gal. like i said. A second coat would not absorb as much so one more gal may be enough. Thats a guess from looking at the pic anyway. Erock
