I was wondering if any of you using this heated model. Also does anyone have this model upgrade to 3 stage. It seems like some site offering 3 stage for heated model, which is 137" of lift.

I spent about 3 hours on that interior, and I believe that more lift from the vacuum would not have made a difference in the end results !!! If you look at the carpeting you will notice a unbelievable build-up of an "oil-like substance"... I had to use Simple Green full strength to break this substance down and enough elbow grease to scrub the deck of the Titanic before I extracted. The 3-stage vacuum may have gotten the same job done faster but in my opinion not better. BOTTOM LINE... That car needed NEW CARPETING !!!

I don`t understand why people let there cars get that dirty. When you could just buy a rubber mat that would protect it. Those are the same people that complain when you can`t get the stains out.

I always tell them that I am a detailer not magician

I think it was not bad, consider that it has been 3 years sine you bought it.
What do you think?

I am expecting hte freight truck to stop by any day with that unit pictured. Well maybe not the same exact model but, it is the same shape only grey all around. The model is HP-100. THe unit retails for $1500 and I got it at a steal for $700. It is heated, has a 2 stage vacuum with 137" lift and 100 psi pump. It is also a 6 gallon. The nice thing that they are doing for me at the place i bought it is throwing in the 15` hose and 3" detail tool. Also I am going to order a stain fighting chart which explains the chemicals and proces s of removing every stain imaginable.

Ryan:
Where did you get your Hp-100?
Maybe it is Hp-60 not Hp-100. Hp-100 does not have 6 gallon solution and recovery, it has 12 gallon.
So maybe you got Hp-60?

Sparkle Auto (http://www.sparkleauto.com/extractors.html)

No. It is definitely the HP 100. I could have been wrong with the solution tank capacity. Anyway, the place that I bought from is Sparkle Auto out of Kansas. Someone had this, under a year old, and decided to upgrade to a much larger unit. I got the unit for $700 + freight.
