Pro Blend Bottle Proportioners - Accurately Measure Concentrates (http://www.autopiaforums.com/forums/autogeek-net-sponsored-forum/28330-pro-blend-bottle-proportioners-accurately-measure-concentrates.html)

If you purchase your detailing supplies in bulk concentrates, then here`s very handy tool to have around, it`s called the Pro Blend Bottle Proportioner.

Order the Pro Blend Bottle Proportioners on Autogeek.net (http://www.autogeek.net/problboprco.html)

Assembly
The Pro Blend Bottle Proportioners come sealed in plastic bags to keep them clean and free from contaminants, so the first thing to do is to remove each Proportioner from it`s plastic bag.

Next you`ll want to trial-fit the Proportioner to the specific product bottle or jug you`ll be pairing to the Proportioner. The Pro Blend Bottle Proportioners come with Universal Fit Suction Tube which you`ll need to measure and cut to fit your specific application.

Place the suction tube into the bottle until it bottoms out and then measure or guesstimate the amount of tube you`ll need to cut so that the Pro Blend Bottle Proportioner can be attached to the bottle without placing any bind on the attaching lid.

Error on the side of caution when making your cut because if after you cut the tube it`s still just a little too long you can always trim it to fit.

After making your final cut, place the suction tube into the bottle.

Next, tighten the attaching lid to the threads on the opening of the bottle or jug. Tighten till firm but don`t over-tighten and be sure not to cross-thread the lid onto the bottle.

How to use the Pro Blend Bottle Proportioner
To measure an accurate volume of product you turn the large black plastic cap on the top of the reservoir either clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or lower the internal regulator to the desired amount. Then squeeze the bottle to inject the reservoir with product until the product covers over the top of the regulator. Remove the small black plastic cap and the concentrate can now be poured into your secondary container.

The Pro Blend Bottle Proportioner has a see-through reservoir which makes it easy to see the fill level.

Simply twist the top lid while holding the reservoir firmly to raise or lower the regulator to the preferred volume desired. The scale reads in both ounces and milliliters.
