Is it worth it to top EX-P with S100 on silver metallic or am I wasting my time and 15 bucks?

It might be on silver metallic. S100 is a great product, and I love carnauba....................... however, the added wetness that the S100 might add could be difficult to notice on a light color like that. If I were going to spend 15 bucks to try a carnauba over EX-P, I would try Natty`s wax, as it is also clear and reflective like the EX-P, and might just give it that little touch of carnauba, without taking away much from the clarity of the EX-P.

Just my 2 cents though!

Or... you could just layer another coat of EX-P every other month. (BTW, why don`t I have already my EX-P??? ;) )

Did you order it? Mine came in 1 day.

So you dont think there would be an advantage in the appearence?

I didn`t order it, I gained it :) .....But I live in Portugal :( Takes a while to get here.

On your paint color, I`m betting on a great prep before finished with PB Pro Polish followed with EX-P. If you add S100, you`ll not be able to apply extra EX-P coats latter.

I was actually planning SSR1 to clean and polish the paint followed by EX-Px2-3 followed by S100. My understanding though is that S100 wont do much because EX-P is so reflective and clear.

I got my EX-P today as well as SSR1 and Pro polish. I spent the day polishing and waxing so I`ll be able to post some pictures tomorrow and well as my .02 cents.

:yeah
If you prefer a dark and wet carnauba look, then EX topped with S100 will be a better match. As Boss suggested, EX-P and Natty`s have more similar characteristics (clear, bright, and reflective).
