Hi people, I have a 2005 F150 I bought a month ago and the thing is just like showroom..only 13,000 miles.
I couldn`t find a mark on it. Anyhow, the truck is silver and I can`t even see any swirl marks. My question is what should I do after I have washed it with PB S&S. I have some PB Pro Polish, some EX and some nattys blue along with differant levels of pads. Do I just wax it and go on?

Thanks!

Welcome to DC :welcome:

Have you clayed the truck yet? Is the paint smooth?
If the answer is yes, then just go with what you have
Pro Polish
EX
Natty`s Blue

in that order :bigups

:welcome:That is`nt too much work in my oppinion, If it is in as good of shape as you say, the whole job may only take a few hours. I would use a finishing pad with the PC and take Poorboy`s advice. TD

Maybe you should after wash too. Then when its correctly prepared the product are so much easier to use. For example in the old days Id wash, air dry (I was very lazy), get out the turtle wax ( thought it was the greatest), and apply heavy (more is better RIGHT!). Get out the scratchiest bath towel to remove the TW. Man did that suck!!! It was back in the early 80s guys, dont have a heart attack. NOW Pbs SSS, Pbs clay with Pbs spray and wipe as lube, buff with gold and gold Pbs MF towels, paint correction with Pbs SSRs, Pbs polish with sealant, and if its not to late either Nattys Blue or Red. Correction done with either UDM or Vector rotary. All product removal with PBs green and gold MF towels. (I have a lot of them.) I HIGHLY recommend adding the clay bar into the line up, with good lube too. RANDAL IN WINDY AND DUSTY IOWA!!!!!!!! Send rain PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Well I`m all done. Thanks for the replies. Went faster than I thought it would. I went ahead and clayed the truck, washed it all up and then PBPP, PBex and then
natty`s blue. I am tired though:)

Heres some pics at Photbucket. I liked the pictures better after selecting them and then click the resize to 100%.

Thanks again for help.

So do you guys actually buff out polish, sealant and wax by hand or by polishing pad and PC/Rotary?

I applied all with a PC except for wax, I put it on by hand and removed with a polishing pad.
