What more can I say?

I just want to give a big thank you to those of you who were patient and expressed kindness and ecouragement during our construction period.

Dwayne, by pressing that button you almost demolished the whole city.

Dwayne, things will get over what happened, though I`m sure it wasn`t as simple as a wrong button thing.

Anyway, no matter what happened, sooner or later DC will have again more than 1000 members, and those members who were lost but really like DC will come back.

Was there any lesson to learn from all this?

Yes there was and hope others learned something as well.

"Don`t sweat the small stuff. It`s just a website. Family and friends are the most important things in life. Detail City is fun and informative but it is nothing more than a few files and codes.... it`s the people that make it special."

Another few thoughts comes to mind...

"If you kick a man when he is down you better kick really hard and then run away or else he might get up and kick your ass."

"Don`t smoke in bed."

"If she has an Adam`s Apple, run!

Well I think things are shaping up quite nicely. Seems like things are coming together well, it`s looking great and we`re getting back to normal - only better than before.

Well done!

Are there plans to try the upgrade to vBulletin version 3.0 again someday? I really like some of the advanced features that come with that software release.

I do think it`s interesting that some DC members have expressed a preference for today`s design, even though it`s technically less sophisticated than the one from a few days ago. Oh well. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.

In any event, thank you Dwayne and Willard for giving us a nice place to hang out. I appreciate all that you try to do for the board. :beer :bigups

Just think, the members who come back are "quality" members. Some have signed up on day one and never posted again.

I`m liking the site!!
