...and a rapier and a dagger or two. :D I was just wondering if anyone detailed anything else around the house other than cars. I break out the PC and the Klasse AIO for a little bathtub cleaning every now and then. Detailer`s Pride has a great glass cleaner that I use on my shower doors too. For my swords I just use Wolfgang leather conditioner on the scabbards (at least the ones that are leather) and a little chrome polish on the areas that need it. This time I hit them with a little polycharged Four Star Spray Wax just to see how it held up. I hate dust collecting on the scabbards and I have had good luck with dust repellancy (is that a word?) with Polycharged products in the past. The rapiers aren`t a problem so much as the katanas that hang horizontal on the wall and are dust magnets.

Anyway, it shines them up nicely. :) I gotta post my pride and joy now. These were actually hand picked for me by the designer. I love anicely balanced rapier and this set is as nice as they come. I was a member of the USFA (US Fencing Association) for years before an injury and creeping arthritis in my knees forced me to retire from the sport. I havn`t found a salle in Utah that intrested me much since most of the fencing associations here are just university clubs, so I really have been out of touch for several years. Oh well... These beautys always remind me of the art that is renaissance fencing. There is nothing quite like having a weapon in both hands when you face your opponent. As the great samurai Miyamoto Musashi once said, it is no good to die with one sword uselessly sheathed at your side. If you have two hands, then you should have two blades in them. :)

Shiney!!!!

I am like you, I tend to find things around the house to which my detailing products and knowledge can be applied...

I put a nice coat of sealant in the whirl pool tub in the bathroom, unfortunately it made it almost impossible to stand on, to slick....

LOL I know how that is. I transported a couple dozen bottles of Klasse to some friends in Toronto a few years ago. Unfornately I wasn`t aware the tops of those bottles were so fragile and a bunch of them broke. We cleaned up what we could and tried to identify the ones that survived in the hotel bathtub. That thing was impossible to take a shower in the next day. lol I feel bad for whoever got that room next. Now I stick to just polishing the sides of the tub.

Got me!
I clicked on this expecting to find a couple of Suzuki motorcycles you had worked on. :D

Well, Samurai are hard to detail when they are upside down, so I haven`t ever had the chance to work on one of those. :D
