Hey All--
I have some pretty bad rims to clean but I`m not sure if they are clear-coated...I have the HPD Cooldown 17`s. Anyone know if they are clear-coated?

just rub a spot with polish and see what comes up..if it`s just dirt..then it`s clearcoated, if it turns black and continues to give off black then it`s not coated :)

I am thinking if they are as you say "pretty bad" they will be polished not chrome.. Then you need some elbow grease and some poorboys wheel sealant .:D
