From the clip it doesn`t appear to be something that can`t be fixed but do you want it to be? You may know a better body man than I do. I know there are great body and paint shops out there and I`ve seen some top notch repairs made but I`ve never been the recipient of them. It seems like even when I`ve seen a shop that has done great work when I take mine there it turns out to be garbage. There is much truth in the saying that the car will never be what you had. I hope this works out well for you.
