My ad is finally out...:yay :yay :yay
New phone book came out the other day, and I am in it.
I have a FULL COLOR, dollar bill size ad.
It is the VERY TOP ad under Automobile Detailing!:bow :dnaughty :bigups

I`ll take a pic of it in the phone book tomorrow. Booked my first job the VERY FIRST day the book came out.....

I am psyched and scared at the same time....:scared:
Hoping I do not price shoppers all day, every day..:yikes:

My $1500 ad last year booked me about $25000-$30000 in work.
I upped it a little this year, but not much.

Good looking ad Chris.
Did you just cross out the competitions ad in your book or did you pay extra to have it done on all of them

Thanks for the compliments!

I received my book before they came out.
Some people got them yesterday and some today, and I imagine, some are still waiting, since they are all hand delivered.

I received 3 calls already, and booked all 3. Matter of fact, I did one earlier. Guy called and wanted his rear floor boards shampoo`d as well as the back seat and mats. I always ask the customer how they heard of me. He still had the bag the phone book came in on his front step. Said he opened up and it was on top and was the first one he called....that and I am mobile....

Working out to my advantage so far!!!!!

BTW..... what X`s ?????:notme: :hmmm: :notme: :notme:

Nice. Hope you get good business from the ad. I`m still new to detailing but after some time, experience, and equipment/supplies I think this is deffinately a good way to get good business.

My $1500 ad last year booked me about $25000-$30000 in work.

Just for informational purposes is this "typical" for an add this size with color/graphics? Still, if it is, if you get a couple "full" details out of it it would pay for it`s self. Also, with the initial price for the add and what not, how long does the add run? For a year with the initial price, added charge for longer periods or what?
