Is this too extreme for ONR?

Do you think this might be a little dirty for ONR ?I f i went to a selfwash bay with the cold temps the water will freeze up before i get home.

Suggestions/Comments: would be truly appreciated..

I would think that the best bet would be to have a small hand sprayer and pretreat a panel then hit it with a wash mitt. I would not have a problem washing that vehicle with any of the waterless washes that I have used. I would recommend multiple wash mitts when washing that vehicle. A rinse bucket for the wash mitts that you use a second time.

While I haven`t used ONR, I have used QEW and presently use S&W, but I always go to the DIY wash and knock off the heavier accumulations of crud.
From your picture, I would probably at least spray off the lower portions at the spray wash before using either a waterless or low water use wash product.
I have heard that people do use those products on some pretty nasty stuff, though.
This would be a good test of just what the limits of ONR would be.
You could try a small area and see how it looks afterwards. If it appears to be working OK, finish the vehicle. If it appears to be marring, stop and send me a nasty PM. :)

I dont think it would be if done correctly. I would fill a spray bottle with ONR and spray each pannel well. Let is soak in for minute. Then i would go to wash the car with onr like you normaly would.
Just use the spray bottle to make sure you get all the dirt saturated

I think Charles has it correct as well. Do small areas and check your work often.

Very important to do the least dirty areas first and leave the bottom panels last.

Is it possible to use ONR like that?:
- spray a mix (2 oz ONR - 2 gallon Water concentration)
- let it soak for 1 min
- use the sheepskin mitt in one panel and then rinse it and change of panel
- then dry with WW or Ultra Soft WW.
