Well a couple weeks ago myself and my older brother bought a house, when my little bro turns 18 he wil join us in ownership. Since we have a small mortage this will work. :yay
I was really excited and I finnaly got a chance to upload some pictures so I thought I would share. and yes it has a garage
It needs a little work but its a nice 1400 SQ ft bungalow in a quit neighbout hood which is nice.. kinda sucks im in the berbs but i fell in love with the house when I fist went through it
It seams that photobucket takes forever so i guees i will explain a little more.
The house was built in 1975 but has renos since then. When doing the inspection the guy was impressed with the craftmenship of the house, saying it was built well to the smallest details. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, which works well for the 2 of us. It has all laminated hardwood floors, which are new, the bsament is unfinshed which is great becsaue my brother loves that kind of stuff. Also the kitceh in orginal including the appilances but they still work fine so we will keep them as long as we can
The back yard is small since it has a 2 car oversized detached grage leaving me with a ton of space tio work  . Also next to the garage is a garden type area which could also be converted into an rv pad... or a detailing pad. Wash them outside then polish and wax inside. Its perfect. (its ok to be jelous of this... just kiding i really am)

Congratulations on your new home. I hope your living with relatives works out better than my expeditions have in the past. My family is not, uh, family oriented.

I was looking for a garage door. Not a man door. Slipped that by me. Thought is was the back door to the house.

Congrats on the new house. If my brother and I lived together we`d probably kill each other. :D

Congratulations! Very nice house. Even though mine is bigger I`m very jealous of your detached Garage for 2 cars. Mine is attached and could hold 2 cars and nothing else so I use it for one car and a motorcylcle. Upload a pic of the inside when you can.
