just got a call from a business that wants me to give them a quote on washing their cars. its an old folks home and they have 13 full size cars they use for business purposes. they want them cleaned from interior, vacummed, wipe dashboard, clean windows, and exterior wash/dry, and clean/dress tires. they want this done every two weeks for all 13 cars and posibly another 11 at another business they have. how much should i charge for something like this. i really don`t consider this a detail job, maybe a mini detail for each car, but not a full detail. any advice.
THANKS

id just charge by each car, maybe a slight group discount. depends on how long its gonna take you to do each one and how much you wanna make per hour
lets say they dont get too dirty and you wanna make 50 an hour... if you can do close to 2 every hour or so then id charge maybe a little over 300 for all of them? sound fair?

Ditto.....I would charge, in my area, $25 per car. Depending on condition.
Since they are at the same location, it should not be a problem to knock them out in a day. Again, depending on condition.

Keep in mind you will be in an ideal position to recommend some polishing and waxing as well.
You could have almost a full time job with that many cars to take care of.:)

So basically a wash and vac package? I`d charge $20-25 a car seeing how there 24 of them. Probably take you day and a 1/2 to do them if your by yourself so $480-600 would be decent.

I`d charge $25 a car which is my current rate. No volume discount in general is given for multiple vehicles. If they got it done on an ongoing basis I`d comp them some extra services but wouldn`t lower my wash price.

As long as it is consistently every two weeks, your price can be lower. The first time you are going to take longer to vac, wash (bugs, tar, rocker grit, bird droppings, sap, etc.) and do windows & wheels, but the second time on is better.
