PA, back atcha. And to you folks in the PNW (116 degrees?? Really???) - don`t even think about doing dogs over the grill. The ambient air temp will be hotter than the charcoal. You folks need to fill your tub with ice cubes and a little water, then crawl in and eat burger flavored jello with whipped cream and a few beer chasers. After a while that will begin to seem normal. Whatever it takes be happy and safe.
