JESUS looks nice!! how do you like their new polish & compound? The company has polishes in their name, but their polishes seem like their weak point which is odd to me lol. Are they the ones in the bigger bottles too?

Very nice work as usual! What were you using on the black trim. I`ve been using Solutions trim restorer. Does a great job, but it seems to take forever to dry.

Thank you! I liked them. They did the job on this paint just fine! Easy to use, little dust. These were 12 oz bottles.

Thank you! You are most welcome!

I cleaned it with tire and rubber cleaner. Surface prep wipedown and then coated it.

Sizzle Chest:
When you "coated" the trim, are you using a trim-specific coating OR the (new) Adam`s UV Ceramic LSP you used on the paint?
What did you use on the canvas/fabric convertible top??

Are you impressed enough with the (new) Adam`s compound and polish to supplant (AKA, replace) other compounds and polishes you are currently using, OR was this just a trial/experiment to see how they work on European vehicle finishes? As a hobbyist, I am looking for that "Holy Grail" in a compound and polish that is:
1) Easy to use (IE, idiot-proof)
2) Doesn`t dry out or produce a lot of dust and has a reasonable work time
3) Corrects/polishes with little effort using a Long-Throw Dual-Action (LT-DA) buffer/polishing machine OR can be used with rotary buffer.
4) Works on hard AND soft clear-coats finishes WITH the right foam pad OR microfiber pad
5) Cleans out easily from foam pads OR microfiber pads
6) Is very cost-effective (AKA affordable per ounce of product)
Just wondering if these (new) offerings from Adam`s come close to that "Holy Grail"..

As always, this Porsche Boxer looks better than new. This one certainly fits the bill as an "affordable Porsche" (THERE`S an oxymoron! Ask any Porsche owner.)

Awesome work and write up and pictures as always Scott!

WOW that really depends the color on this paint when you got the defects out!

The new Adam`s UV Ceramic Coating is catching my interest more and more. If I would buy a car that I would hold on to LOL. For a consumer coating it`s racing into the top tier places. If not anything dramaticly happens during the real world use of it.

Thanks for shareing your work Scott!

Thank you! I used the same coating as the LSP on the trim. As far as the compound/polish, I wanted to try out their new system/pads/compounds/polish to see if I liked them better than their previous offerings. No, I don`t think i would replace any of my others that I have in my arsenal, however I did add these to my supply. I wish I could find a holy grail compound/polish that would work on every type of paint/clear/etc...I have yet to find it.

Looks great as usual Scott! Nice color.

Thanks Tony, appreciate the comments! The paint/color really changed on this after correction, a much darker blue with a ton of flake/pearl/etc. I had a good time working on this!
