Sizzle Chest:
Do you tend to use the same care-care manufacturer`s compound and polish as the coating you apply for compatibility reason (Adam`s, in this case)?

And what, beta-testing ANOTHER product??? Keep teasing us, or at least informed when one of the bazillion products you are beta-testing are available to the rest of us detailing "mortals".
What do you do to an engine compartment to get it so clean and what products do you use on it to get it to look like it does? And are those floor-liners in the back Weather Techs or factory OEMs??

The Audi looks brand new to me. Well worth the investment to have this Audi A6 detailed by the best.

beautiful! how do you like Adam`s coating? I`m still undecided on which coating to put in my arsenal. This is just yet another to ponder over.

And you got a finish like that with a compound? GOOD LORD!

What’s the product and process for the engine. The whole thing is wow. I’ve gotten pretty good at paint but I can’t touch you at the engine bay.
Great job.

Thanks

Lonnie, I do not. I see what the paint `likes` and go that route. Yep, had another one to try, and it seems pretty good!
Floor liners are OEM Audi.
Engine compartment: APC soak and let dwell. Agitate with misc. brushes. Rinse off. Master Blaster dry. Coat all plastics. Done!

I like it. It`s a good `low to mid range coating` in my opinion. Stated to last for 2 years. Easy to apply and remove. Yep, it finished down very well!!!

Appreciate everyone`s comments!!

Nice to know, I figured you must like it if you use it. 2 years is pretty much standard for coatings available to the consumer. Unless you spend $$$ on Zipang, or go CSL+EXO. I`m like uhhhh, a long long way from even thinking applying so I could use Modesta, or one of those uber pros only where you gotta go get certified somewhere coatings. I know the quoted 2 years isn`t happening, but if it can last 12-16 months it could be a winner for me.

I asked in a thread on Adam`s forums about how well the spray compound finishes and was told it`s a compound and I`d probably need to follow with the finishing polish. Whoever told me that needs to see these pics. Just wow. When I order my G9 in December looks like I need to get a bottle of this.

^^^^I would fully expect to get 12-16 out of it for sure.

Remember, different paints may respond differently when it comes to correction...
