Whilst searching the YT`s, this got me thinking:

How can I do this to the IK9, Foam-It, or Marolex Axel 7000?........ The hardest thing that I have run into is sourcing all of the metric fittings and hoses, to electrify one these foamers. My other thought is sourcing the Ryobi 4 Gallon Battery powered garden sprayer and figuring out a way to make the FoamIt wand and hose work with the Ryobi, because the Foam-It produces its foam at the tip, unlike the IK`s. Imagine an electric foamer that doesn`t break the bank, and endless foam while at the Coin-op.

I’ve thought about reusing the battery operated sprayers that come with some weed killers like Roundup. It bothers me to throw away a perfectly good sprayer except for the fact that I would have to super clean the plastic container. Roundup also sells a larger pump type sprayer that holds pressure as good as most pump sprayers used for detailing. Anyone tried these? Sorry about jumping in on your thread MeanGreen.

I haven`t seen anyone do it to a larger foamer but on a smaller scale I have seen this:

Not sure if this is what you were looking for, still some food for thought, nonetheless.

The concept is great for that size of foamer, I don`t think the little air pumps are capable of keeping the pressure chamber pressurized, so the alternative is to have a fluid pump that creates the pressure needed to produce the foam.

Didn`t Mary B do something like that?
I think she did a smaller bottle, but I think she might have mentioned trying it with a larger one

Those small battery powered pumps take forever, For a 1 liter one it might not be too bad, for anything bigger like an IK 9 it would be torture waiting. I had one of the Ryobi 18v sprayers, if someone could mod it to make it a foaming sprayer it would be PERFECT.
