Anyone used a Blackfire product that made the paint pop and was head and shoulders over anything else on the market?
The paint looks very good as you can roughly see in the photo below. I have the BF sealant on the vehicle presently, but I can strip it off if you think another combo would knock it out of the park.

I know I`m going to get static from this comment, but Zaino. Very impressive product on sapphire blue paint.

Since you already have the BLACKFIRE sealant installed, try topping it with the BF Midnight Sun paste wax and you’ll have the “wet ice over fire” combo. Looks great on blue!

The BF carnauba spray wax is also really nice for maintenance touch ups.

If you want something completely different. Check out Polish Angel. The absolute best (imho). Might as well go with the best [emoji629] car care products on your Porsche!

I put Poorboy’s Natty’s Red paste wax over Blackfire wet diamond sealant and I swear the 30 year old Cadillac’s paint was “glistening” in the sun.

I agree with BadgerRivFan, go for a wax over the top.

Interesting combo!

I used Natty`s Red over a black BMW M2 and it looked great. And I like the scent of that Red :)

If it needs to be a BF product then the Midnight Sun paste wax and/or the Midnight Sun spray wax.

Try the PA High Gloss spray on top. It`s worth the $ and it`s very durable. Then I`m sure you`ll want to start playing with the other PA products afterwards.

Does BF stuff still do the "darkening" thing to an obvious extent? That prompted me to strip it off the S8 almost immediately and I hardly ever do that.

I think it darkens the paint. I think that color would benefit from something that left a brighter look.

Me too, but others don`t always see this stuff the way I do, and on modern stuff I kinda end up liking a brighter look more than I expect to (e.g., that dark blue Audi of mine).

I try to look at the hue or level of grayscale darkness in the paint color and metallic flake color to try to decide whether to use something that may brighten or darken. WG Fuzion would look good on that paint and maintaining it with the Fuzion spray.

Ah, now *there`s* an expression ya don`t see every day! Just this week I was thinking how such stuff is gonna be, uhm...arcane knowledge.. in a little while.

Taking LSP to a whole new level. I don’t understand it, but sounds well thought out.

Blue is such a cool color:)

My only slam at Zaino is that too many people have reported minimal protection from environmental stuff that can cause etching. Damaged paint is a non-starter with me when it can be so easily avoided. (Hypocritical Accumulator!...the UPP on my S8 is terrible in that regard too).

try laying down a base with car pro essence and then topping with bfwd sealant. unbelievably slick and awesome finish.
