Trying to place an order and the 40% discount works out to about 20%. Anyone else have this issue?

Don’t know if this is your problem or not but I tried the code on several Griot’s Microfiber Wash Pads and couldn’t get the discount to apply. I hadn’t read the fine print and once I did I was only to find that the discount didn’t apply to several of the premier lines including Griot’s. Could it be that you had some of these lines mixed in with your order diluting the discount for the total order?
I was disappointed but will keep my eyes open for one of the 25% off sales and get the Wash Pads in one of those orders.
Yes one of the items was Griot`s.
Removed Griot`s and that fixed it.
