After talking with Nick yesterday, I went at my trim this morning. Figured maybe I was not getting the results I wanted because of prior product still on the trim. Stripped with 3D yellow degreaser 1:10. Went at it then with a foam applicator. I did notice less is more with this product. And on smooth plastic a final wipe with a MF is a must. I am pleased with the results. Looks good to me for 5 year old trim. 2nd pic is the rear bumper pad.

PA - what did you remove (previous application)?

I had Griots black shine trim restorer gel. It was time for a good degreasing anyway. Guilty of not doing this more often.

Went up top and stripped the roof wet box plastics yesterday too. Now entire Xterra is wearing the McKees trim restorer. Had a moderate rain last night. Plastics are beading like crazy. And no run off to the paint. A big plus for this product.

Quick update. Been over a month. Several washes and rain. Looks like the day I applied it.
