Last night at our monthly Tower Of The Americas car show I was saught out by a new member to diagnose a remedy for this sad sight on her brand new yellow 392 charger daytona
beautiful vehicle, but she said some spiteful person tossed something on her car recently
this is literally the best pic I could capture at 10pm with my crappy cell phone
allow me to describe it first as the pic is hard to make out...
it looks like someone slung superglue down the doors right below the windows and its a thin line across with drips coming down, BUT I say it looks like its superglue but for the life of me I could not establish that it was actually on top of the paint or if it had etched into the paint and was slightly raising the paint
all I had on me was claybar which did nothing and I tried to pick at it gently with owners permission and a plastic razor blade wrapped inside a thin micro but it didn`t feel like it was just gonna peel off if you will
she said it was also on the glass but she used goo gone and it removed it but e method did not work on the paint
owner even said she used a vinegar mixture, and even some acetone-gasp!

look for the vertical streaks, they look kind of white
added a filter and i think it makes it easier to reference the lines

I have your standard set of tar removers, apcs, etc but this just didn`t look like it was gonna come off, it looked like it raised the yellow paint more than it was on top of the yellow paint, to me at least.
