View Full Version : Can you put a trim coating on top of solution finish?

Has anyone ever tried it? Specifically I was going to use Gyeon trim on a set of tow mirrors that have discolored.

I listened to that same pod cast (thanks for that btw Guz) and was going to try topping SF with something in the next couple of weeks on my old truck. It is a particular trim piece on this vehicle (on each side) that I wanted to experiment on. My C4 and other products I`ve tried have been really short-lived when applied to these areas. I`m hoping the SF will do the trick and I was going to try the UV Gard from my old Valugard ETR kit on one of the sides (just to see if it would help seal it in).
