I`m picking up my new vehicle tonight. 2017 GMC Terrain!!

What would you guys suggest for the trim on the bottom of the vehicle. The main thing I am looking for is something that won`t run in the rain!!!

Griots Garage Black Shine Trim Restorer (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/griots-garage-black-shine-trim-restorer.html)

I have had great luck with this product. Applied it months ago to all my xterra trim (And there is lots of it!). Still looks fantastic and beads up! And does not run in the rain or after washes.

I`ve had really good luck with Wipe New. Yeah, it`s a "seen on TV" product, but I gave it a try on the trim of one of my vehicles, and not only does it make the trim look nice again, it doesn`t run and it seems to last. I`m trying to recall from memory here, but I think I`ve had it on the trim of my Tundra for over a year and it`s still holding on strong. I`ve seen varied reviews on the net, but it has been a good product for me. 5/7 would recommend.

I seal mine with Ultima Tire and Trim Guard + and/or maintain with either a Spray Wax or ValuGard`s Fast Finish.

I have had great success with Duragloss #271 Rubber & Flat Black Dressing.

I agree. Good product for sure.

If the op decides to go the coating Car Pro DLUX, Gyein Trim and Gtechniq C4 would be good options.

I just wash ours with the rest of the vehicle and put lsp on it. Either PNS or aqua bead (like Hydro2).

You can dress it if you want it shiny with whatever tire stuff you like. But my thought is the lsp "should" keep Fading minimal

This is an excellent product. I use it for my customers. I use coatings on my personal rides. Have 22ple on one going on 3 years and DLUX on the other that was just applied. I love both products.
