Like I`m sure many of you, I recently picked up the AG/ACC/PBMG et al Detailing Bag on one of the recent Vega Deal specials (thanks Ray). I want to fill it up with a few "necessities" for taking to car shows, and for when I travel on vacation, etc.

Since I have not seen any photos of the bag filled with products, I am hoping you may be able to post a few photos of yours!

What are the optimum size bottles to use in the exterior pockets? The website description indicates 12 to 16 ounce bottles. These are a little bit too small IMHO. What has worked best for you?

Also, what are the two thin nylon straps on either side of the top closure flap used for?

Any and all comments (and especially pictures) would be appreciated!

16 oz fits great, and should be enough for anything.

you can put up to 32 oz bottles in outside pockets
I fit poorboys spray and gloss etc in there just fine in the 32 oz bottle

the autopia bag is sweet. I have two from recent sales.

I will try to find a loaded up pic to post here when I get time

You can use them for long handled brushes and the like. I was going to see if it can hold my extension cord, but I seriously doubt it. Mine is kind of big, or long. Whatever. I may end up using those to hold my painters tape.

Grab some popcorn, and pop in a DVD. That ^ could take some time!

I`ve been meaning to post a pic of mine, part of the unboxing thread, but been lagging on....stuff

EDIT: oh. maybe no time for a DVD. but I can take down a bag of popcorn really quick!!

I might be wrong but I believe the side pockets are smaller on the yellow color bag ron posted up there.. I know I have the dp bag and it does not fit the same 32 oz bottles of Spray and Wipe etc that my black Autopia one does

I cant believe this Autopia bag would hold a 32oz on the outside. Ive gotta go down stairs and check right now. I have my 16oz in there and they seem "top heavy" already. Wait one......

Well Ill be dag gum, they do fit.

Here is the proof. These are the Meguiar`s 32oz generic spray bottles!!!!

That is my bag ready for the show tomorrow. Some APC, D114, Duragloss new WW with AW, some AW, and Meguiars M40. Prolly put a couple more towels and products in there just incase.

I used to use 32oz, now prefer 16oz ones. That way they aren`t squeezed and leak.
