Hello,

Recently used Gloss coat on a black Maserati Ghibli..

Corrected the paint..
used optimum paint prep
then applied gloss coat

i let the gloss coat cure for 3 mins each panel then wiped off.. wiped again with microfiber.. and i keep seeing haze come back.. it will wipe away then come back.. how can i get rid of this?? should i use a quick detailer??

Are you using the same towel to remove?

It could just be the weather. Is it humid where you live? I`m getting some haze too, with different products. Try a longer cure time.

At this point I would quit screwing with it and finish it up. Put it in the sun and let it cure.

Sun may cure the problem as well.

If you wait too long to wipe it off it will smear/haze...is that what you`re talking about?

Seems a fresh LSP looks best a few days afterwards. And that first wash after fresh LSP...

I`m gonna hit it up with shine supply Clutch spray and see how that works

What did you do, and use to correct the paint ?

What was your process for the Optimum Paint Prep ?

You waited 3hrs to buff off high spots? I thought it was a few minutes tops? ...I guess gloss coat is different.

I think on the hot humid weather you want a shorter cure time

I would hit it with opti seal not clutch.
