Quick review...

Polish Angel Glissante Shampoo (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/polish-angel-glissante.html#.V1YfOZ9OnqA)

Vega Deal + Mem Day Sale = Couldn`t resist

I guess you could say this is the second "fancy" soap that I have the first being the Pinnacle Black Label shampoo.

Didn`t have much sunlight to work with so I gathered my new grit guard washboard

Smell: wow, this stuff smells great! Reminded me of when the ex used to make me get haircuts with her at the Aveeda salon. Lol
It smells like the shampoo that my step mom has back home (salon owner). I don`t know what that smell is particularly but the smell of this product is wonderful. That`s what it reminds me of. If you are married your wife would like the smell of this shampoo.

Suds?

http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160607/ffae0216e715d6fdf7ce23cd9239ae9a.jpg probably about 2 gallons of water added at this point.
Pretty good suds but nothing spectacular IMO. I feel my pbl shampoo suds up better and definitely lasts longer. Quite frankly I think SS&S has more from my experience.
But these suds kept coming even after I was done needing them. I might have gotten away with less than 1 oz of I needed to.

Truck really wasn`t that dirty. Regardless of whether or not I`m happy with the pbl paint sealant, it does assist in keeping the truck clean.

However, it likes water a lot more than fk1000p on the drivers side

Thoughts: this doesn`t rank at the top of most sudsy soaps used IMO.

It smells wonderful, even though that doesn`t help it sure doesn`t hurt.

It says it has Nuba in it, a 10% in fact (i guess thats good). It left a slight flash type haze on the paint before rinsed. Had not seen that before...I washed the entire truck and then rinsed.

I had no issues with the release of this product on rinsing. It sheets very well. They advertise it has a lotus effect (last time I heard that was on the scholl soap, I believe)...but the idea is that it rinses easily.

Whatever the case, this product rinsed off very easily. I could have dried the whole truck with a 16x16 360gsm micro if I felt like it. (I chose my small PFM instead)

I couldn`t really notice any additional shine because of the light but the truck sure looks good.

Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to see an added nuba shine as basically all of the truck has essence and pbl sealant and no nuba)

Now the tough question. The cost of admission. Is it worth it?

Mine was on sale so I would say yes.

At normal price it would cost about $2.36 a wash if you used 1 oz per wash and you`d get .9 oz on the last one.

I bought it to use on my SRT Challenger but will use it on my truck every now and then.

I don`t have any other PA products but will end up with master sealant and rapid wax one day so it is nice to already have this soap.

I will have to use it a few more times to get a better feel and establish more of an opinion on the cost/benefit side. So far the smell and easy rinsing alone made it worth the price of admission that I paid. I know the smell isn`t really that big of a deal but the last time I used a soap that I just immediately fell in love with the scent was with the wonderful big league chew reminding, grape scented beta foam I recently tried :)

I just touched the paint outside while finishing this post up and it definitely feels more slick now than before when clean.

Thanks for viewing.

Thanks for the review. I`ve been wondering about this PA soap. I always wonder about the use of carnauba in soaps in general. Carnauba is supposed to be hard and leave a protective coating on your vehicle. How does it work when mixed with soap that breaks down dirt and grime?
