Just wanted to express my feelings about the customer service over at Winner`s Circle Detailing. Mr. Regan is a class act. I needed some Cyclo pads and a couple of MF towels. He Emailed me stating that I had overpaid on the shipping by a couple of dollars, so to make up for it he ran it down to the post office and got it shipped out priority right before they closed. I just thought it was very nice of him to personally inform me about it.
Just wanted to share a positive experience - it`s too often that people overlook the positives and when an isolated bad thing happens, they spread the word like wildfire.
It`s really amazing the customer service we get from folks like Dwayne, Mr. regan, and others in the detailing world. It just seems like you can`t get help so many times now, that when you do get great service, it makes you feel like they appreciate your business.
