Is it just me or have apostrophes stopped showing on the forum when you post? I know my grammar is bad, but its not that bad! Plus When go to edit it still wont show.

Its not you, I had the same issues yesterday. I reworded my post because the apostrophes did not show up.

ray ran a test a while back to remove all apostrophes. he did that so it wont show errors on the forum anymore. he said it wasnt a permanent fix, more like a band aid

Wonder if its the flip side of Vega fixing the issue around special characters (i.e. apostrophes) in titles of new post causing HTML errors?

Yep. Apostrophe characters were causing page errors so Ive temporarily removed them from displaying on here.

Ray, I thought it was only causing errors when theres an apostrophe in the thread title? Not in the body right?

LOL - I thought it was my cell phone. I made a post or two from there yesterday, went back to read them, and was like WTH is wrong with me?!?

Guess we are going to have to become more creative in our writing style.

wont= would not
were= we are
cant= cannot
"James Mustang has in rims"= That Mustang owned by James has some great looking rims.

I am joking of course. My grammar sucks. I never was good at it in school. To this day, 35 years later I struggle every day at work with, commas, punctuation, sentence structure, and spelling. Thank you, MS Word spell checker for making look like I have half a brain.

Edited:
That sentence was supposed to read "James Mustang has b i t c h i n rims" however Something changes/auto-corrects it to "in". Pretty sure it is not my IPhone. Weird.

Heh heh..."apostrophe hommies".

The lack of apostrophes really *DOES* bother me, a lot. More than just a lot. Gotta have em for English to work properly. Gotta have em for guys like me to contract "them" to "em" too ;)
