I really like this, I don`t really like the $99 price tag though lol. What do y`all use to prop doors and trunks open? I never even thought about such a product, but when I saw it I thought it`s something I could definitely use.

I never thought about using those for a practical purpose..my club buddies have fancy painted Mopar ones etc for showing off their interiors when parked at shows etc

Interesting...I`d want something soft for the ends when not attaching to latches though.

I somehow lost my telescoping hood-prop rod during the move from the commercial building, need to replace it some day. Been using telescoping poles from Unger and various cardboard boxes (the boxes worked great for propping open trunk lids when doing correction on weird areas) with plush MFs wrapped around the parts that contact paint.
