Thoughts: the gel is much easier to apply than the liquid, not surprising there. The liquid however appears to have provided darker sheen. I thought this was initially attributed to the brand new brush applicator used on the gel compared to the fully broken in brush applicator used on the liquid but when I switched the gels applicator to a tuff shine foam applicator block the same results were seen.
For my truck I`ll probably stay with the liquid because I like the extra glossiness on those big tires but for my car I`m definitely switching to the gel because I like the way it looks on the low profile tires and I don`t prefer a lot of gloss on those tires. i need to get the carrand brush more broken in for the gel because as you can see the foam pad didn`t get inside the street comp lettering with just one or two smooth passes.
Longevity: no idea, i clean my vehicles weekly so probably a bad person to ask that question to but i did save post 2 for an update.
