It`s nice that Autopia will renew your points, however, customer loyalty programs like this have minimal value for me for this very reason. I don`t want to have to track yet another coupon system.

Almost every other retailer: "Tough Luck"

Autopia: "We`ve got your back!"

well that is unfortunate

ACC has ALWAYS taken great care of me. I didn`t think connect would be as beneficial as it has been, I`m glad I was wrong.
I got enough rewards points to put a nice dent in the Rupes iBird Nano once preorder is available- and the points from that will probably get me some other nice goodies as well.

I had no idea the points expire after 180 days. How can tell which "X" day of 180 my account is on? I looked but didn`t see a days remaining count down clock.

No problem! It was an old security setting but we just changed it. Points will no longer expire.

You`re not kidding! I lost my rewards card for the motorcycle dealership and they say they can`t find my points or card. Basically if you lose the card you lose the points. Unbelievable! I had about $30 in points on that card. It didn`t leave a good taste in my mouth...

Can confirm. 512detail is a rewards point aficionado. :)

I initially just put a reminder in my calendar 150 days from when I started collecting them so I remembered to use them. But I spend most of them shortly after I get them or accumulate enough to put towards an upcoming big order (which is what I did with my Rupes Mark 2), so it was never an issue. But it`s nice to see they won`t expire now.

I`m glad to see that the points will no longer expire. I just used mine on my last order because I did not want to lose them again.
