Had second thoughts on one product that I had ordered via the first "Green20" sale. Emailed customerservice@autopia-carcare.com and received an immediate response from Paul.

Decided on a replacement that was $10.00 more expensive and asked how to pay for the difference. Paul`s response:

Hello Lance,

I have substituted the XXXXXXXXXXX into your order.
No need to worry about the price difference, consider it a Christmas gift from Autopia!

I have a sneaking suspicion that the same great customer service would have been afforded even if it wasn`t the Holiday Season.

My evil twin brother, however, suggested I order a Porter Cable and see if Paul would substitute a Rupes in it`s place ;-)
