Here we have a 2007 Bentley GT that was in a front end collision and brought to my friends auto body shop. The hood, bumper, and two quarter panels were replaced and repainted. Unfortunately, the rest of the car was in horrific shape and after painting the panels the difference in appearance was very apparent. When getting high end cars like this, my friend calls me in to work some magic. Originally my game plan was to do a finishing polish on the whole car and bring out the shine but after my initial inspection and a test spot it was clear this car needed a compound and finishing polish.

Paint was then measured in various spots. Anything below 100 I needed to trend very lightly. Readings were normally around 125 so I have plenty to work with. As you can see below, along the curved panels there was less clear which I believe is from previous detailers going back and forth on the curvature.

After measuring the paint, I got sidetracked because I was excited to try bellaclean on the interior. I`ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking on this one. Grabbed a quick 50/50 as I was in a rush.

Sun shots, not exactly glamour shots in a nice area. I was rushing to get the car done as the owner pulled up so please excuse the bodyshop background.
