"RUPES USA is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its growing team of surface treatment professionals.
Jason Rose has joined RUPES USA as Global Training Director. In his new position Jason will be responsible for structuring training programs for RUPES’ worldwide distribution base in the auto detailing, marine and auto body shop market segments.
Jason will also work closely with RUPES S.p.A. product development personnel to identify finishing issues in the various market segments and define systems approaches to solving them.
Jason comes to RUPES with an outstanding background in detailing, sales and marketing. Jason has been involved in surface treatment for 35 years, starting in high school with his own car washing and waxing business and progressing to his most recent position of Global Technical Services & Training Manager for Meguiars, Inc. Many of you will know Jason from his involvement with Meguiars and from the many seminars that he has conducted on their behalf. Jason is among the most respected technicians in the detailing segment and we are thrilled to have him join the RUPES team.
RUPES USA also welcomes Dylan von Kleist. Dylan is the new Manager, Marketing and Logistics for RUPES USA. In this role, Dylan will organize and manage the flow of data for logistics suppliers and trading partners. Dylan will also guide the marketing direction for RUPES USA, concentrating on marketing communications, trade show scheduling and support, promotional activities and product introduction.
Dylan has a long and distinguished career in the auto detailing world. Dylan began his involvement in high school as the owner of a mobile auto detailing company. Following the sale of the first company, Dylan opened a second auto detailing operation, specializing in servicing high-end collectors. Dylan joined Adam’s Polishes in 2008, divesting the auto detailing company and concentrating on his new position as Adam’s Marketing and Product Development Manager and Chief Operating Officer.
Following a brief stint as Director of Product Innovation at Surf City Garage, Dylan returned to Adam’s Polishes, concentrating his efforts on product development and training.
A large number of you will recognize Dylan from his extensive involvement in industry forums and his presence at literally hundreds of car shows across the USA. His commitment to and passion for the detailing industry are immediately recognizable and his impact on RUPES USA will be felt immediately.
Our third new colleague is Alberto Quiroscabrera. Alberto joins us as our first Application Engineer. In his new responsibility Alberto will be working daily with distribution and end users to demonstrate RUPES products in actual detailing environments, educating technicians from both the distribution and end user segments. Alberto is located in Orlando, Florida and his primary geographic service area will be the Southeastern USA.
Alberto has a strong background in detailing and in mechanics and is a first-rate “hands-on” technician. RUPES USA plans to add Application Engineers in other areas of the USA during the medium term.
The addition of these three talented and caring gentlemen shows the commitment that RUPES has to growing its presence in the North American market.
