Have you ever tried using Eraser as a drying aid/qd.

With heat/sun right now, I am getting tons of water spots even using turbo dryer, and hate using a dry towel on paint now. I`ve been using qd`s to help dry, but sun/black car and qd doesn`t work well. (see darker areas etc form it dried too quick)

Thoughts?

Eraser will most likely strip any sort of wax thats on the paint. Probably doesn`t act as a good lubricant but I could be wrong. Give it a shot!

I would suggest an strong dilution of ONR solution.

I would just use ONR at QD strength. It should cut down on streaking etc. Eraser is going to strip your LSP.

Dear Ron

I heartily recommend a deionized water system. I`m very satisfied with my CR Spotless DI-120 (http://www.crspotless.com/de-ionizing-water-systems/medium-output-stand-system.html), which swanicyouth also uses and is satisfied with. It`s a huge timesaver.

It`s amazing to watch the sun bearing down on a freshly rinsed vehicle, let the vehicle stay in the sun, and watch the glass dry with no spots.

If I had a problem with PB`s Spray and Wipe, I would try my CG Meticulous Matte Detailer. It does not seem to spot even when left on my matte wheels.

I use a Griots Garage deionizer and it`s worth every single penny. The water that comes out stinks like I don`t know what, but there isn`t a water spot to be found.
