Trying out a new fabric protectant for the first time is a little sketchy at times because fabric is a little hard to clean unless you have a carpet extractor, tools, brushes, chemicals, etc. You begin to doubt whether the new product you`re using is going to protect the way you want, if it will discolor the fabric, etc. Since I have old seat covers in my car, I decided, what the heck, why not apply the 3D Fabric Protector and see what it does. I applied two coats to the bottom of my passenger seat, it is easy to spray on. I let it cure overnight till the next day.

The 3D Fabric Protector turned out great! There was no discoloration in the seats, besides the seats being old/used. Actually IMO it made the seats look a little better! The water beads off like crazy, water does not like this stuff! It does have a light chemical smell to it. I didn`t mind the smell too much, but if you have a sensitive nose then I would definitely spray a fragrance smell after and leave the doors open to let it air out. All in all this is a great product, I think I`m going to use this on my new shoes I just got. :bigups
