Today I used 3D HD Metal on my muffler. When I first started using 3D Products I have really liked how easy the products are to use, and that they actually work, so I decided to give this product a shot!
This isn`t a normal stock 1996 Honda Civic exhaust muffler, the owner before me switched out the muffler with an aftermarket one. He said he changed it about 7-8 years ago and he may have bought it used. I believe he never even tried to clean it either when I looked at the condition of it:

The 3D HD Metal poured smooth, it was a little thick, but compared to a polish or compound it was on the watery side.

It was easy to work with, and spread out easily. I scrubbed for a couple minutes and worked in the product.

Cleaning the outer/inner lip as well:

Immediate difference and a huge improvement with going over the area once!
50/50 shots:

There were some areas where the chrome paint chipped off in the inner lip where exhaust deposits lay. This is an inexpensive aftermarket muffler (which could have been bought used) so there`s nothing I can do to change that and the quality of the chrome paint, but, all in all, the muffler turned out basically brand new looking, and I am very happy with the outcome! Another great product from 3D, I will definitely use this product on more metal pieces around the car!
