Weaver Foamer - Walmart.com (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Weaver-Foamer/39087971)

This is intende for dog shampoo and dogs.... but has anyone used one of these with car wash in it? I`ve seen people foam up their car but I don`t know (A) the name or source of the device that attaches to the hose and (B)if special wash is required to foam or if the device takes care of that.

Going shopping at the Mart of Wal tonight.

Thanks,

Nic

Gilmour is the one most use. It is built much better and sturdier than that one and is only about $15 more on amazon I believe. But yes that should work for you just fine if you did want to try it out. Any car wash can be put in there. Some just foam better than others. Look in the garden section by the hoses while you are there and get the gilmour quick disconnect fittings too.

Walmart has quick disconnects for garden hoses? Impressive. 3 weeks ago I didn`t know they existed.

Ill take a look. Thanks!

You can also purchase this in a model for cleaning horses and it resembles the Griot`s Foamer they sell for cars.

I too would stick with the Gilmour Foamaster. And I always replace that pistol-grip with a shutoff valve that I can operate with my thumb.
