JUGS brand -or- the Bucket Plus brand, portable 5 gallon bucket stand:
JUGS Bucket Plus Portable Ball Stand Basket - Baseball Equipment and Gear (http://baseball.epicsports.com/prod/81629/index.html)

Bucket Plus, 5 gallon bucket holder (http://www.bucketplus.net/)

From actual experience, is it any good/worth the money?

Most importantly, does it make it easier than the traditional bucket washing method? http://i561.photobucket.com/albums/ss51/irishrifles2/hmm2.gif (http://s561.photobucket.com/user/irishrifles2/media/hmm2.gif.html)

Looks like way more hassle than it`s worth imo

Really?
I`d of thought it would make wiping down the car a little easier being its much higher up, as long as its sturdy that is. http://i561.photobucket.com/albums/ss51/irishrifles2/icon_shrug.gif (http://s561.photobucket.com/user/irishrifles2/media/icon_shrug.gif.html)

I bought a luxor plastic rolling cart, cut a hole out of the first shelf for my bucket to fit. Roling cart bucket. When I need a flat surface, I can put a section of cardboard over the top shelf.

No wheels, no thanks.

Having the bucket elevated is great. I like using a platform stand which has more room. I can put 2 buckets + miscellaneous brushes and products.

I`ve been meaning to go buy another one so I can have one on each side of the vehicle. My friend just bought a smaller one from Harbor Freight which holds a single bucket.

I like the idea of the single bucket stand for doing "rinse-less" washes. Especially since I use the multi-towel method.

But if I am doing a 2BM I think I would want a cart with wheels or platform like vega (on each side) to have my wash follow me around.

I use a shopping cart from the grocery store, LOL

P.S. the cart was already in the building where I go to detail my Jeep. I wouldn`t ever steal a cart from the grocery store, LOL.

Yeah, it cost me nothing and it can hold an incredible amount of weight.

Next time you see someone pushing a grocery cart home you`ll think, maybe they aren`t on welfare, and maybe they are just into car detailing.

I still think Bunky gets the win on this one. I do like the push cart idea too though.

Yeah, I think you`re right...that reminds me I have a plastic garden cart that doesn`t get much use...maybe it`s time for double-duty.

Next time you`re at the grocery store, why not pick up one of these?

You can do a rinseless wash without leaving the comfort of your seat.
