This one was a challenge for me. And it turned out better than I expected that`s for sure! Quick story, truck belongs to a friend of mine I worked for last year. He does commercial grounds maintenance. Cuts grass, does mulch, trims bushes etc. as well as does a TON of winter work with snow removal. Winter has pretty much wrapped up and it was time to clean it up. This is his personal truck that he also uses regularly for winter work. So it gets its fair share of use. The whole interior had spots and residue of salt basically EVERYWHERE. Plus a little pet hair just to make things easier <_< Total time spent was a little over 5 hours and its back to looking great!

Tools/products used

-Carpet
Shop vac (obviously)
DA stiff brush attachment
Various small brushes
303 spot cleaner
Bissel extractor (driver area only)
Blue Coral Dri-Clean carpet foam

-Leather
Super soft DA brush attachment
Megs APC @ 10:1
Interior detail brush

-Plastic/Vinyl
Megs APC @ 10:1
Mytee Firebird steamer

After everything was cleaned all surfaces of the interior were protected with DP Interior surface protectant

And a LOT of microfibers!

When I needed to get pictures the floor mats and cup holders weren`t cleaned yet, I cleaned them separately outside the truck and replaced them shortly after.

Thanks for looking!

Nice work.

you need to suggest that he gets full weather tech liners. That would help some of the cleanup.

Haha he said something about them after he picked it up. I was happy to see the rubber floor mats until I noticed a complete lack of containment. I should of taken a before picture after I removed the mats. A solid line of dirt/salt

I agree. Got a set last year and really like them. I do need to hit one with a heat gun to warp it to a better fit, but they are much better than the factory mats for containing dirt and liquids.

Doin trashed interiors like that just plain sucks. You did a hell of a job though. Quite the transformation

I cant believe you got that clean after a homeless person lived in it for a year. I am amazed how people have no self pride and are fine with living that way day to day,
