Appears to be a great AIO. Any feedback on this item?

I really like DG 101. I think it`s a better light cleaner than 105, which I also like. I typically clay, use 101 and 2 coats of 845. My car is Sangria Red (Mazda 6) and 101 really brings it up. I see 101 as a sort of AIO in the DG line. 101 topped with 105 looks good too.

If you really want a great AIO from DG try the 501 from the Marine line of products then top with 105 (both mixed 1/4 with 601) for all winter long protection. However, both DG 501 and 101 have very light abrasives if any at all so they`re really not true AIOs.

I bought some a while back and to me it appeared to work better than 501. I bought it initially to use on the plastic fender skirts on the RV as 101 is what DG advised for that application. I was pleased enough with it I ordered two more bottles. Something else to add to the arsenal and I do not think you would be disappointed with it.

I did a little show and tell on AG`s site a while back
So you think DG 501 cleans - Auto Geek Online Auto Detailing Forum (http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/78328-so-you-think-dg-501-cleans.html)

Love DG products, but never tried 101 just 105 and 501.

The 101 is $10 for 8oz, the 501 is $13 for 16oz. Back in the day here, the resident DG experts recommended skipping the 101 and using the 501, IIRC. Not sure if that was a performance or a price issue, and I don`t even know who it was.

Oh wait--I found this after searching like forever--why doesn`t the search recognize 101 or 501? Told me there were no matches for either but here we`re in a thread with 101 in the title and tons of posts.

if you can get the 501 marine polish..get that instead of the 101.....its way better cleaning and also more durable...DG said it has the durability of 105 but much more cleaners...it has no fruity smell..just a chemical smell...it is very slick to reduce water scum lines....and also has a salt inhibitor in it....DG said it would work fine alone or as a base for 105.

I apply 501/105/601 all at once, combined on the pad. Do the entire car then remove.

Have used this stuff before. Found it pretty good. Pretty much eliminate #105, it is rubbish. Use #111 as a pure sealant after polishing. #101 as a all in one. I had it on a friends 4x4 i think it ended up lasting 4 months, maybe a bit more.

101 looks interesting. Maintain that with their AW and looks like your good to go.

On to their soap. I have read its a hidden gem. Lot of postive comments. ( # 901 )

I maintain everything with AW. 101, 105, 501 - whatever mood I`m in. And you absolutely cannot beat their 901 car wash, IMO. 111 is one of the few DG products I haven`t tried but am going to. It`s pretty close to a pure sealant, I believe. Looking forward to seeing what it does to red.

The 111 is a great product also. I use it a lot. It is a pure sealant with no abrasives or cleaners. I really like the way it looks on light colored vehicles. I have used it on red with good results also. Just remember that the look will be the extremely shiny "glassy" look not the type of depth that you get with say a carnuba type wax. I tend to like the glassy look that it gives. It is also very durable when used with their 601PB. You should be able to get about six months protection out of it. I also sometimes top it with OCW or Collinite 845 to give it even more durability.
