Since the other thread is locked I`m having to start a new one.

After contacting Grit Guard with my concern, Luan quickly responded and asked that I send them some pictures. Within 24 hours I had a tracking number for my replacement Grit Guard and today it showed up. Just thought I would post a follow up and let every one know they do stand behind their product.
