Yes, Americans do have it made and speaking for mysef all too often don`t appreciate it. We`re blessed beyond measure. That said, I would`t have considered our northern neighbors to be half a step behind us in any form or function.
John, by the way, I`m aware of a couple different definitions attached to "ginch". Depending on which of these you are referring, some might have considered you to be extremely lucky, for lack of a better word. ;)
