I`m not sure if patrick offers a DC discount but his shipping is par with most vendors and he has excellent customer service you wont be disappointed if you place an order with him.Plus you will receive his trademark peppermint candy with every delivery..

The candy is great!
Patrick will usually refund the diff in shipping charged and actual shipping cost.
