What do you guys recommend to remove water stains from headliner?
Another factor is this is a smoker vehicle. This means tar is in the stain also.

Either a foam cleaner or a fabric shampoo.`

I love my Tornador for headliners. You may not have one so the above will work. You want to do it on a day that its not so humid also i suggest spraying the microfiber towel instead of the headliner. Next precaution is to not rub but use a tamping technic instead. BE GENTAL

Yeah, as noted, use caution so you don`t delaminate the headliner...meaning don`t get it real wet.

A friend of mine had some bad water leaks in his Tiguan this past winter season and it made a mess of the headliner in one area.` He ended up blotting it with Resolve and clean towels/cloths.` Very successful.` Almost no evidence of it except for an area he completely missed.

These machines atomize chemical and it can not only get into the air, but also fall into your eyes. Plus, as you hold the tool straight up to directly clean above you, liquid comes out of the vent holes. Better to be safe then sorry.`
