Stubborn water etching or...What should I try next?

I got back from my deployment and my trucks paint looks pretty beat up. Before I left I put on Jeff`s werksatt but I guess even that wore off with the summer heat and sunshine.`

I`m not 100% sure if this is just water etching,oxidation or the paint starting to give out, see the photos for what I`m working with.

It`s only on the roof and since ive owned the truck I`ve sealed it about once a month to include the winter, before me I have no idea how it was cared for. I`ve done everything short of wet sanding does anyone have any suggestions?

If I can`t fix it I`m thinking of getting just the roof wrapped, not sure with what yet but would prolong the life before repaint.`

I`d try 3D Eraser - Apply it to a soft polishing pad and work it in. Should remove this without breaking your back. `
