Hey everyone.

So I must have been so excited to go on vacation for two weeks that I forgot to take my lunch out of my car before I left for two weeks. When I came back. The smell was so awful, that I could barely drive to work. The food wasn`t directly on the carpet, it was in a tupperwear. So no moisture or mold got on to the actual carpet. However the smell of moldy food just won`t leave my car!

The smell is still there after a few days of leaving the windows open. I don`t really know how to get the smell out

I have a bissel auto. (Kind of like a hot water cleaner). And 303 aerospace carpet cleaner. But that`s all I have in my arsenal for carpets

What should I buy or how can I get the smell out of the car?! Help is desperately needed and would be appreciated :)

Thanks guys!

I like Megs #23. It does a pretty decent job. The go to for me is always my ozone unit. I always make sure to change the cabin filter, too.

Good luck

Pour a half pound of coffee grounds in a big flat container and leave it in the car with the windows rolled up outside in the sun for a day. `

White vinegar. A few plates topped with a little ventilation. It does wonders for any smell.
