With the similar(?) IUDJ the instructions say to add one ounce per "wash bucket", whatever that means.

<span style="color:#008000;">I usually add .5 - 1oz per wash bucket as a water softener.

If x is the amount of ONRww and Y is the amount of gold class,`

then we can not compute anything without knowing the value`

of Z, `which is the size of bucket.`

`

This is why you didn`t get the straight answer in previous thread.

`

Using ONR for softening is user determined, `meaning you can put

however much. ` This can depend on the hardness of water, `or on

how much lubrication you want to add. ` The more contamination, `

the more lubrication you need. `

`

Half of an ounce for 4 gallons is a decent starting point. ` Go more

Or less as desired. `Your call. Adding some to your Rinse bucket is good too.`

I use three and a half gallons of water in a five gallon bucket. I use one ounce of Gold Class per gallon of water.

Thanks in advance,

wwww-willywallywashwax- Heh heh, yeah...omitting the value for that "Z" makes for a bit of a cop-out, direction wise, huh?!?

.5oz per gallon is wash dilution and 8oz per gallon is QD dilution. You can add it at those levels or any in between and still get streak free results.
