What does everyone like using and why? How easy are they to apply and how long do they last?

True spray sealant would be Werkstat Acrylic Jett Trigger. But I guess since Optimum Opti-Seal is technically a spray (even though you spray it on the pad) that`s what I use more than anything else. Even easier than using a spray product.

Gotta check into those. Seems like alot of people like the Optimum stuff here.

Optimum makes great stuff. I`d also throw my hat in the ring with Zaino Z8: Z-8 Grand Finale Spray Seal: Zaino Store (http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=Z-8&Category_Code=Zaino&Product_Count=12)

Z-8/Aquawax work well but durability is only about 6 weeks, easy enough to use that it really isn`t an issue. Great way to add pop and gloss in between applying a true sealant.

Not really a sealant, but also not really a QD: Valugard Fast Finish is the best drying aid I`ve used and as a stand alone, it`s pretty decent too.

The only one I`ve tried is Garry Dean`s Beyond Infinity Sealant. It`s OK but I hardly ever use it as it`s water-sensitive, and a quick application post wash/dry would be vulnerable to all the water drips that all my vehicles are prone to.

Are all the others being mentioned (e.g., the CG V7 has somehow piqued my interest  ) similarly sensitive to water?

Still my *favorite* post-wash product for black trim, but also still never giving the slickness or optical "pop" I want on my paint or wheels :nixweiss

V7 is not sensitive to water. To me it is better than Z8. I would not use V7 as a LSP sealant. It is the wow or pop factor after a good wax or LSP sealant.

MDRX8- Ah, OK...thanks, you addressed all the things I was wondering about.
