We have tested Fade to New on many different types of plastic (including many oxidized `junkyard` plastic parts). It has no black pigments, dyes, or silicones, and restores all colors of plastic. Typical durability is 12+ months. Fade to New works by penetrating plastic and chemically bonding at the molecular level.
Durability Testing: This video was taken approximately 3 hours after application (initial curing period is 2 hours). Fade to New held up great after a liberal spray of degreaser (evident by the beading and no discernible change in color).
We are working on creating a video compilation documenting long-term durability
